More Pictures along the way - April 4

On Friday, April 4th we drove from San Jose to Bodega Bay, north of San Francisco. We stopped at Muir Woods. As Diane mentioned in her blog, there is no way to capture the awesome beauty of the giant Coast Redwoods in a picture.
A picture of some roots that we passed during our walk in the wooes. Interesting tangle.Diane in between a couple of redwood trees. She is dwarfed by their enormity.

After we left Muir Woods, we continued up the coast to Bodega Bay. This is just one of the many wonderful coastal views we encountered along the way going up the Shoreline Highway.
