We passed a lot of beautiful views along the way, the area around Manzanita was just awesome. The picture below seemed like a painting. The sky looking south was just too perfect for a picture.

In Astoria is very long bridge "Astoria Bridge" that crosses the Columbia River from Oregon to Washington state.
In Astoria is a tall column sitting up on top of the tallest hill in Astoria. It has the history on key events in Astoria's history.

Looking out to the West from our hotel. On the left is the northwestern tip of Oregon. On the right is the southwest time of Washington state.
Tomorrow we cross over into Washington state.
